I’m Wendy Brooks, the owner of Happystay Dog Grooming. I have an extensive background working with animals and hands‑on experience with a wide variety of dog breeds. Over the years, I have trained my own dogs in obedience, agility, and sheepdog herding, and I continue to expand my knowledge through seminars on dog aggression, as well as instructor and behaviour workshops.

I completed my grooming training at a grooming school in Faringdon, where I attained a diploma in professional dog grooming. My focus is always on providing a calm, safe, and positive experience for every dog in my care.

My husband, John, primarily supports the dog‑walking side of the business, ensuring dogs enjoy regular exercise and enrichment. He is also available to assist with any issues should the need arise. John is a qualified obedience instructor and has competed to a high standard in open obedience shows, bringing valuable expertise to the behavioural side of our work.
